Black Spoon Chefs in Culinary class wars
Although White Spoon chefs were taking advantage of their higher position and stature over Black Spoon chefs from the beginning, these underdogs are gradually gaining their deserved place.
Some of the best chefs at Black Spoon in Culinary class wars they are:
1) Cho Kwang-hyo
Surname: Comics
Owned restaurants: Cho Kwang 101 and Cho Kwang 201
From day one, Cho Kwang-hyo has carved out her place in the series as someone who is self-taught and cooks from comic books. This also explains his nickname very well.
Of the two restaurants he runs, Cho Kwang 201 offers well-known Chinese dishes that young Koreans especially love.
Some of their most popular dishes are limp (hot pot), tofu map (tofu braised in spicy sauce), xiangguo suitcase (hot pot fried), Asia (rocket chicken), dong po rou (roast pork belly) etc.
His other restaurant, Cho Kwang 101, is an Asian tapas bar with more experimental items. Cho calls it a “research laboratory.” With seasonal ingredients that he brings to the restaurant daily, Cho prepares the two highlights of the place: Cupcake of the Day and Dish of the Day.
The interesting thing about the place is that visitors can bring a package of instant ramen and ask the chefs to prepare it. They will, and according to the menu, it will cost 2,000 won ($1.52).

Buto, you hipster Hansik Bar (Korean food), sells the same dish. The place serves dishes focused on umami flavor bombs, which pair well with alcohol. Some of Buto’s dishes are dry noodles with mala herring roe, shrimp toast with fried eggplant, braised chicken with nurungji (burnt rice), etc.
